April 23,2000, Easter Sunday, do you know the meaning of Easter? Do you know the meaning of Sunday?

The name of the Sabbath day is taken from the pagan’s practice of the day they worshipped the Sun. The Easter egg is from the Easter god celebrations also originated in the pagan religions of the past. Christianity through the mother church adopted these evil practices and applied them to the recognition of Christ Resurrection. I have mixed feelings about this day of celebration although it can be now in our hearts to recognize and to remember that Christ arose from the grave and that He Lives today in Heaven and in the entire universe. Let us praise Him. Remember the Sabbath day and keep it holy. Remember that Christ was crucified as the ultimate sacrifice before God in Heaven for the sin of mankind. Now if we believe that the blood of Christ has paved this the way for us for eternal life, we can have that life with Christ on earth and in Heaven forever in all of eternity. Wakeup Church and realize we must separate from pagan practices and be given to Almighty God in total service in life everyday here on earth. Be not deceived by religions of the past. Live today and rejoice in the Lord with all your heart, He is with us. I am not smart enough to go alone, I must walk with the Lord day by day in his presence.

From the visual church I am inspired to say that God Lives and we can know him personally. The sufferings of today are temporary and the confusion in religion will come clear someday as our struggle ceases and we are in the final victory. All of this is tied to prophecy in the book of Revelation as in all the new Testament and as in the old Testament as well especially in the book of the prophet Daniel and all of the great prophets of old including Isaiah, Jeremiah to mention only a few. All the Old Testament prophets witnessed the same end result that we are approaching today.

As I go into the established church today, I see religion and the egg more than I see the salvation and the Lord. There is a big difference in religion and Christianity. I stood in the back of the church and all the seats were filled at least beside armrest seats. That is the men set in seats with one arm out in the isle and the other arm around a woman like a drive-in movie or lounge. For me to get a seat on the so-called pew, I must ask them to move or pass all over them literally to the center of their bench. The pastor announced a singer and she stood before the pulpit with her mike in hand and waited for the canned music to sound while the live Band set frozen in space. After the song the guest speaker was announced and he spoke soft and gently confirming some of the things I have said in the text above. After awhile he gave an altar call or at least a call to the unsaved people to come forward to receive salvation through their faith in Christ. After this he gave an invitation to come to receive the Holy Spirit and to speak in tongues and saying that they must want is more than anything else in the world, with that I agree although I do not agree that the Holy Spirit will enter any unclean vessel until it is first sanctified in mind and heart. The Holy Spirit of God will decide when it will enter a person’s heart as a temple of God holy and clean as a comforter at all times. Let us not mistake the shortcut for the real thing being genuine and holy before the Lord.
